Are you familiar with Korean spicy food, such as instant noodles, Korean-style fried chicken, or popular street food? In recent years, Korean cuisine and pop culture have gained significant popularity. However, it’s often difficult to know what people actually eat at home in their daily meals. This is why this workshop was created with a Korean chef, Soyeon Ahn. We will focus on home meals that we value and cherish. You will enjoy lots of real stories about food, such as how we prepare kimchi and all the endless seasonal food. Let's be a bit more serious about legit Korean food. This course is designed to teach you how to create a set of tableware specifically for Korean cuisine. You will also learn how to use these dishes in your everyday meals. The tableware includes, for example, a large main dish, several side dishes, a saucer, a rice bowl, and a soup bowl.
