Korean Dishes

We are excited to introduce a new workshop that celebrates the love of Korean food. As a Korean, I believe that food is the heart of our culture. As a ceramic artist, I find that combining Korean food and ceramics offers an endless opportunity for exploration.

This is a three-session course where you will learn about Korean cuisine, our eating habits, and the traditional utensils we use. In the first two sessions, we will focus on making various tableware, starting with a brief introduction to Korean cuisine.

In the final session, we will delve deeper into traditional Korean home meals. You will have the opportunity to taste, using the dishes you created in the earlier sessions, complemented by seasonal, delicious bites prepared by Chef Soyeon Ahn. She will also share fascinating stories about Korean cuisine.
